The Role:

We are looking for a Junior C# Engineer who is willing to fast-forward with us. During the entire development process you work hand in hand with the Product Manager, your team lead, and QA. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality solutions and services with exceptional user experiences to our customers. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Collaborating with Product Management, Functional Analysts, Engineering and Design to build and improve a product that our users love 
• Building modular and testable services with high emphasis on scalability and performance 
• Together with your team members take an active part in decision making, consulting on technical solutions, and shaping projects at every stage 
• Evaluating the existing application codebase and driving improvement 

What we're looking for:  

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in C# / .NET web technologies 
• You have a good understanding of object-oriented programming like C# and frameworks such as.NET (ASP.NET and Web API) 
  
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equal by experience 

Bonus points if: 

• You are familiar with unit testing or even integration testing
• You understand relational databases
• You are familiar with Entity Framework Code First or another object-relational mapping framework
• Experience with or knowledge of Azure is a big advantage
• You understand the principles of git flow or trunk-based development
