The Role:

Nitro is reshaping the digital document workflow landscape, and our focused expansion in the North American market is pivotal to this transformative vision. We are on the lookout for a Lead Channel Account Manager (LCAM) for NAMER who combines a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving acumen, and a hunter's drive for new business. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams or the desire to grow into such a role. Your ‘can-do’ attitude, ability to tackle and solve complex challenges, and talent for inspiring sales and channel teams are what will enable you to excel in this role. By building on established relationships with Distributors and VARs and hunting for new partner opportunities you’ll help lead our channel team to unified action, drive, and successful achievement of our ambitious goals. 

  • Hunt for New Partnerships: Embrace a hunter mentality to identify and secure new partnerships within the Distributor and VAR communities. Your proactive approach in expanding Nitro's market reach is vital. 
  • Enable and Grow Existing Partners: Focus on the continuous development of our partner network, leveraging your strong relationship-building skills to enhance partner success and drive sales growth. 
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth-driving strategies, ensuring alignment with Nitro’s vision. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for NAMER sales and operational leadership, advocating for the channel team and facilitating strategic decisions. 
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address unique market challenges and identify opportunities with creative solutions. Your role involves help steering Nitro’s strategic direction in the NAMER market and being an escalation point for resolving complex issues for the team. 
  • Training and Enablement: Demonstrate a passion for training by empowering both the sales team and partners with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to succeed. Your ability to effectively communicate and educate is key. 
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively to nurture relationships, support channel team, and personally ensure the success of our partnerships.
