The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing acquisition sales team focused on driving growth in the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales leader to develop and execute a robust regional strategy, grow and mentor a motivated team, and consistently deliver on ambitious sales targets. This Indvidual will be part of a team that is prime for growth as we launch our new sign product in FY25. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Develop and own a comprehensive regional sales plan aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. 
  • Lead, motivate, and grow a team of high-performing sales professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, and incentivizing as appropriate. 
  • Support direct reports by regularly participating in channel, client and prospect meetings. 
  • Maintain deal visibility and accountability at all points in the sales cycle. 
  • Conduct weekly forecast and 1:1 meetings and coach direct reports on closing strategies. 
  • Develop and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the sales team, including consistent monitoring of sales activity and effectiveness. 
  • Accurately forecast expected monthly and quarterly results to Global Sales Leadership. 
  • Liaise with marketing to develop relevant lead generation and sales campaigns, ensuring all platforms and processes are optimized to deliver on-target performance. 
  • Maintain and develop Nitro’s sales culture of high performance, commitment to customer satisfaction, and consistent goal attainment. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals. 
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience selling software and/or services in a quota carrying role ideally at Enterprise level 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with eSign products or similar technologies is a requirement for this role. 
  • Proven experience building high-performance teams focused on growing ARR, including mentoring, training, and developing sales professionals. 
  • Demonstrated success in strategic and volume transaction sales environments within the enterprise software sector.   
  • Experience selling into a variety of industries and segments as well as experience supporting strategic relationships  
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and analysis to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills. 
  • Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships at all levels. 
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to apply common sense to drive revenue growth. 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is highly desirable. 
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for leading teams to success. 
  • Working with Channel partners across EMEA, with a willingness to travel to meet both channel and prospects
