GTS Comp impresses virtual desktop customers by providing Nitro as default PDF editing tool.
GTS Comp is a privately owned managed service provider that provides virtual desktop solutions to approximately 200 local small- to medium-sized businesses in Louisiana, USA. Around ten years ago, company owner, Jason Molaison, became aware that multiple customers were looking for a change of PDF editing tool.
He explains: “The main problem with the tool many of my customers were using was that it was just too expensive. People kept asking me if there was an alternative solution we could provide them with that would have the same feature set and the same reliability but, ideally, at a lower price.”
After experimenting with a handful of other solutions, Jason and his team discovered Nitro through their online searches, and it was love at first sight. “I could see straight away that Nitro would meet our customers’ expectations in terms of functionality, performance and cost.”
For almost a decade now, GTS Comp has been providing Nitro as the default PDF editing tool on its customers’ desktops. In the early days, most businesses were using the software purely for PDF creation but, increasingly, it is being used for editing and eSigning as well. Jason and his customers continue to be extremely satisfied with the results.
He says: “We regularly get feedback from customers who say how much they prefer it to other PDF editing tools they’ve used in the past. The key difference seems to be usability. Just the other day, I was talking to a customer who said how easy it was to redact text in Nitro.”
Performance is another area where Jason says Nitro has impressed. “There are other solutions I have used that take forever to process or that need to be restarted all the time. Nitro is not like that at all. It runs very smoothly and is completely glitch-free.”
The Results
“Apart from the competitive price, which is always important, the standout advantage of Nitro for me is the ease of use. The way the interface is laid out is far superior to other similar tools I’ve used in the past.”
