We’ve identified six global trends in document productivity during the pandemic, with key takeaways for companies to better prepare for the inevitable future of remote work.
While some organizations might have been well-prepared for the sudden shift to remote work, most have had to adjust quickly—especially in how their teams work with documents. In Part 1 of The Future of Work, we outlined four trends informed by Nitro Analytics customer data as offices shifted to remote work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now for Part 2, we’ve partnered with Qualtrics on an updated global workplace productivity survey (similar to last year’s Nitro Productivity Report) to identify trends in knowledge workers’ document behaviors and how they’ve changed as a result of the global crisis, including the impact on their productivity levels and job satisfaction. This report covers six trends that merit close attention as the “new normal” becomes the “now normal.”
