User Management

Edit a User's Profile

As a Global Administrator of your team, you can edit the details of any users that have been added to your team account by following the steps below:

  1. Login to the Nitro Admin Portal
  2. Select Users in the left navigation pane and navigate to the Active tab
  3. Select the required user, click the More Options (three dots) button on the right side of the user's row, and select Edit User

  4. Click to modify any of the fields in the user's profile, including First and Last Name, Email, Department, Title, Licenses or Admin Roles
  5. Click Save Changes
