Managing License Overallocation

Note: Self-serve subscription expansions are only available to customers who have purchased Nitro Pro subscriptions through Cleverbridge.

 
If your Nitro account has overallocated licenses, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Important Notice

It is crucial to address license overallocation within the grace period to maintain access to all features and avoid account remediation. If no action is taken:

  • Affected users may lose access to paid features.
  • Your account may be subject to suspension or other actions as per our Fair Use Policy.

Steps for Account Owners

Purchase Additional Licenses:

  1. Log in to the Nitro Admin portal.
  2. Follow the steps in the User Guide article.

Need More Licenses or Business Solutions?

If you need more licenses than allowed in our online cart, or if you are interested in using Nitro for your business, please contact the Nitro Sales team.

Steps for Non-Account Owners

  1. Notify Your Account Owner or Administrator:
    • Inform them about the license overallocation.
    • They can resolve the issue using the steps in the "Steps for Account Owners" section.
  2. If the Account Administrator is Unavailable:
    • Contact our Support team for assistance if the account administrator is unavailable or has left your team.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your account remains compliant and continues to function smoothly.
