Nitro Knowledge Assistant is a chat-based tool designed to provide quick, comprehensive answers to questions about Nitro products and services. Available on our website and also integrated within Nitro products, it supports queries about the following apps and services:

Knowledge Assistant intelligently sources information from Nitro’s product documentation, including user guides and support materials, to efficiently respond to user inquiries.
How to access Nitro Knowledge Assistant
Getting started with the Knowledge Assistant is easy. Below are the products through which you can access this tool. For detailed instructions, click on the corresponding user guide.
NOTE: Access to the Knowledge Assistant within our products is available exclusively to Nitro account holders.
Nitro PDF Pro for Windows
Knowledge Assistant can be found under the help menu in PDF Pro for Windows.
Nitro PDF Pro for Mac

Nitro PDF Pro for iPad & iPhone

Nitro Workspace
Nitro Workspace is your centralized hub for product installers, new web-based PDF tools, and quick eSigning. When accessing Knowledge Assistant through Nitro Workspace, you need to specify which product you want assistance with by selecting from the available options. This ensures that the documentation provided is relevant to the product you are using.
Upon launching Knowledge Assistant in Nitro Workspace, you will be prompted to choose the specific product you need help with.
Once you’ve chosen a product, you'll see prompts like “How do I edit a PDF?” Click a prompt or type your own question to get started.
Responses are text-based, tailored to your query, and include links to relevant user guides, images, and videos for further information.

Nitro Knowledge Assistant does not request or require personally identifiable information to operate and it does not access your data or personal information. Nitro stores questions asked and feedback responses anonymously (“Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down”) for product improvement purposes.
