When a document contains link annotations, the document structure will include a leaf node for the text and an additional node for the annotation. This leaf node will be displayed in the structure tree as a Link-OBJR node.
Link-OBJR nodes have a special attribute called Link description that you can configure in the Tag Properties Panel. See Editing tags.
